How long does shipping take?

We aim to deliver your order within 7 days within KSA, UAE, OMAN, UK and within the EU. 

If you are ordering outside these listed countries, please give us up to 14 days to deliver your order.

 My country is not on the address list, why?

Sometimes when we face high demand, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to regulatory restrictions.

 Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns. Returns can be initiated from your account or emailing us at (returns@sajadty.com). Due to regulatory rules and compliance, we cannot refund you in any other payment method other than the original method. If you paid with one card, we cannot refund it to another nor payout via bank transfer. We will never ask you for your card information/details to refund your money.

Do you accept cash on delivery/Mada payment systems?

In the future, we will start accepting cash on delivery for orders within KSA. We will also start accepting Mada card payments.

I did not receive my order, what can I do?

Please wait till 2 days after your order is marked until delivered, sometimes couriers can mark it by mistake. In the unfortunate and rare event of your order not being delivered, please do reach out to us (support@sajadty.com) with your order number and the details of what happened. 

My coupon/voucher did not apply, why?

In the case that your discount voucher did not work, make sure you are following the discount promotion criteria. For example, certain promotions are only applicable to a certain range of Sajadas, the checkout will tell you why it did not work and what products are included in the promotion.
