Returns & Refund Policy

Not Satisifed? We offer a 14 day return policy, allowing you to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund.

To initiate a refund, you can use the 'refund' option on the order link or your account, or you could email us at returns@sajadty.com and we will arrange a return.

After a return is initiated, you will be sent an air-way bill which you have to print and the paper should be attached to the same package and will be picked up by the courier. 

As per legal regulations, refunds are only given to the original payment method. COD refunds are through bank-transfer. We cannot refund you to another card or another method as this is against our policy and legal regulations.
